My name is Holly and I live in Findon, Worthing.
I work full time for Marks & Spencer as a Section Manager and fill my spare time with sailing (I am a dinghy sailing instructor,) running and decorating (I have recently brought my first house!)
I live with my partner and my cat (Buddy) and try to spent as much time outdoors as possible....Being that we are only 50 metres from a bridleway onto the south downs, there is really no excuse for sitting inside when the sun is shining!
I like running with other people but equally enjoy going out on my own sometimes to de-stress... I try to go out rain or shine but Im not completely bonkers- I like going out to see films and will quite happily have a lazy day at home sometimes listening to music and eating pizza.... (i.e. I am normal....not a complete fitness freak!)
